Spoiler - CSI:NY 6.22 Point of View

- Something happened to Mac - I'm not entirely sure how he's injured, but his ribs are hurt at least. He and Stella are at his apartment, getting ready to eat Chinese food. They're watching people through the windows in Mac's apartment.

- They see a pair of teenagers making out in an apartment across the way before the girl's mother comes in and sends the boy out. Mac and Stella reminisce about being teenagers - Mac indicates that he got into some trouble when he was younger, but he changes the subject when Stella tries to ask just what kind of trouble that might be. When she leaves the room to get bottles of water for them to drink with their food, Mac turns his attention to a different apartment.

- In this apartment, he sees a man (Tate) pacing around as if he's nervous or worried. A younger man (Ivan) enters the apartment and hands Tate a metal briefcase - Tate opens the briefcase and takes out a metal canister of some sort. He hands Ivan an envelope, and Ivan leaves.

- There is a dead guy found in a restaurant bathroom. It turns out to be Ivan, the younger man Mac saw in the apartment across from his own. There's evidence that he was sweating and that he wet his pants. There's also a broken mirror and some blood in the restaurant bathroom.

- The team is able to match the blood to a guy named Troy, who has prior assaults in his record, but he denies killing Ivan - he says he just punched the mirror because he found out his girlfriend was pregnant, and he isn't ready to be a father.

- Mac and Adam go to Mac's apartment to keep an eye on Tate. Adam acts like a dork, messing with Mac's autographed football (with Joe Namath's signature ) and asking too many questions. Mac sends him out of the room for some reason.

- After Adam leaves, Mac turns his attention to Tate's apartment. He sees the man enter, carrying a birdcage with a bird inside. He takes the canister out of the briefcase Ivan gave him, places several drops of liquid on a piece of paper, and puts it into the cage with the bird. He turns toward the front door of his apartment before carrying the birdcage, briefcase and canister into the bedroom of the apartment. When he returns, he opens the front door to reveal his visitor: Peyton Driscoll (Claire Forlani).

- Mac pulls out his phone and tries to call Peyton, but she's changed her number. He sees her leave the apartment with Tate. When he looks back at the bedroom, he sees that the bird is convulsing in the cage.

Spoiler - CSI:NY 6.21 Tales from the Undercard

- The episode opens on a construction site in Brooklyn. Two guys are fighting - one is a construction worker, and the other is a construction worker on strike. There are more workers (current and striking) on both sides, cheering their guy on. The striking worker pins down the other guy and stands up, grabbing a jackhammer. He starts making holes in the cement around the other guy's head, threatening him. But things get gruesome when he aims the jackhammer and blood sprays up on him--but not from the other construction worker. The blood came from the concrete.

- The team discovers that there's a body under the concrete. It's Joe Roman, a former boxer who wasn't allowed to fight anymore because he had brain injuries--but it looks like he might have gotten back into the ring, with tragic consequences.

- Meanwhile, it looks like Shane Casey is using Danny's debit card, and Flack is trying to track him down.

Spoiler - CSI:NY 6.20 Unusual Suspects

- A 14-year-old boy (Nicky) is shot in an alleyway while his 10-year-old brother (Sam) looks on. Sam says a man saw the Rolex Nicky was wearing and shot him for it - the watch belonged to their father, and he gave it to Nicky before he died.

- I can't tell for sure, but it appears that Mac is out with Aubrey (Mädchen Amick's character) and they're nearby when this happens because she comes up when the paramedics are working on Nicky (while Mac goes over to Sam) - one of the paramedics comments on her being out of the ER. She rides in the ambulance with Nicky.

- Flack develops a good relationship with Sam. He's the one who helps clean the blood off the little boy's hands and takes his blood-stained shirt for evidence (giving him a small NYPD t-shirt in its place). He spends a lot of time with Sam during the course of the investigation, trying to help him figure out who shot his brother.

- Sid is there - he goes to the hospital to look at Nicky's wounds and talks to Mac. Lindsay is also mentioned, so Adam seems to be the odd man out this week.

Spoiler - CSI:NY 6.19 Redemption

- Hawkes is called to Pennsylvania State Penitentiary. A man named Reggie Green requested that Hawkes be there for his execution. Hawkes doesn't know the man, but he gets there just in time to exchange a few words with Reggie. Before Reggie gets led off to be executed, he delivers a shocking blow: he's the one who killed Hawkes' sister Grace. Hawkes is stunned, but he doesn't get to ask any more questions as they lead Reggie away--they're on a schedule.

- Hawkes watches them hook Reggie up to deliver the lethal injection--but one of the guards isn't acting right. He collapses onto the floor, blood coming from his mouth. The other guard yells for a doctor. Hawkes rushes in, kneeling to check on the man, but it's too late--he's dead.

- The warden orders the guards to take Reggie back to his cell, and Hawkes takes the opportunity to call Mac. Meanwhile, a group of sheriff deputies arrive and head for the crime scene--but one of them breaks away and takes a different path. He pulls a gun on the guard in the control room, demanding that he release one of the prisoners. When he doesn't move, the deputy pulls the trigger.

- Hawkes hears the sound of a gunshot and hangs up the phone, heading toward the control room with the warden. When they see that the guard is dead, Hawkes rushes off to chase the shooter--ignoring the warden's calls for him to stop. It's only after Hawkes has pushed through a door that he realizes what's wrong. There's a full-on riot taking place in the prison. Hawkes turns to run back the way he came, but the door closes--he's trapped with the inmates.

- A bit later, back at the lab, Mac is trying to get ahold of Hawkes--they're watching the news coverage of the riot, and they realize that Hawkes is basically a hostage. If the inmates find out he's a cop, he's dead.

- Adam points out something: Shane Casey was transferred to Pennsylvania State Penitentiary.

- In the middle of the riot, it's obvious that the inmates know Hawkes doesn't belong. They start to attack him, but someone rushes in to help--it's Reggie. He gets Hawkes out of harm's way, and they duck into a side room. Before Reggie can say anything else, Hawkes attacks him--this is the man that killed his sister. Reggie doesn't fight back, but Hawkes can't do it. He's not a killer. He lets Reggie go.

- Reggie rushes out of the room just as Hawkes' phone rings. Mac and the rest of the team are huddled around a speaker phone, and they ask if he's alright. Mac tells him to conserve his cell phone battery.

- When they hang up, Mac tells the team to get blueprints of the penitentiary. Stella knows what Mac is getting at: they're going to break Hawkes out of prison.

- Meanwhile, Reggie returns--with a prison uniform. If Hawkes is going to survive, he's going to have to blend in with the inmates. Reggie wants to help Hawkes, but Hawkes doesn't care--helping him won't make up for his sister's death. But Reggie needs to tell Hawkes the truth. He needs to explain. He accidentally killed Grace when he was high, and he told the police she was killed by her drug dealer--but Grace had already beaten her own drug addiction. Her only mistake was trying to help him. All these years, Hawkes assumed his sister died because of the drugs. Reggie wants to help Hawkes out of the prison for Grace's sake, not for his own.

- Hawkes wants to find Shane Casey's cell--he thinks Shane is behind the death of the first guard and the subsequent prison riot. He can't let Shane escape in the midst of the chaos.

Insight scoop of CSI:NY's upcoming episode 6.18 Rest in Peace, Marina Garito

Any scoop on the next episode of ‘CSI: NY’? I believe it will be huge for Stella.

You would believe right. For starters, CBS’ logline for “Rest In Peace, Marina Garito,” airing April 7, reads: “When a woman linked to an unsolved murder is found dead, the evidence and autopsy suggest a suicide, but Stella is unconvinced and risks her life to pursue the case.” (That possibly explains this photo of Melina Kanakaredes rehearsing a scene underwater.) And then there is this: Moran Atias (’Crash’), who guest-stars as the titular Marina, tells me the episode is “one of the most exciting TV episodes I’ve ever read. There’s an action sequence of a large-screen scale, high emotions, and great suspense. I can’t wait to see it.” Atias adds that Melina is “an extremely generous actress,” and paired with director Allison Liddi-Brown, the experience was “truly about women helping women, which probably breaks the cliché of the opposite.”

Let's hope that Flack is included in this action sequence :).

CSI:NY Stronger than ever!

Hill Harper was asked over his Twitter if CSI:NY's season 6 is the final season. I'm sure a lot of fans (including me) are very, very happy to read his response:

"Absolutely not!...The Show is stronger than eva!!!! :)"

He also revealed that they are currently shooting episode 20, and that there are just 3 more to go. That means season 6 consists of 23 episodes. Very nice insight.

Let's hope there will be also a lot more episodes with our one and only Don Flack. I can't help it, but it's pretty obvious that Eddie SO rules the show ;).

Quotes - CSI:NY 6.17 Pot of Gold

"Hang on a second. Gold, four-leaf clover right before St.Patrick's Day? Where the hell are we? At the end of the rainbow?"

"You know the old stereotype about Irish temper? It's not really a problem for me but those bagpiping cops out in the bullpen having to file reports instead of knocking a few back at the Knights of Columbus... they're ready to boil you like cabbage." Updated

"And hell hath no fury like an Irishman scorned." Updated

"Erin Go Bragh." Updated. Credits to our visitors Erin and RyderBPD.

Special Note: Despite Eddie Cahill does not speak Gaelic, it is the second time that Flack can be seen speaking it (first time being episode 5.19 Communication Breakdown). He says 'Erin go bragh' which is an expression that pledges allegiance to Ireland and translates as 'Ireland forever'.

HD screen caps - 6.17 Pot of Gold

As an Irish by heart, I really enjoyed the St. Patrick's Day theme. Hearing Flack speak Irish again, was the highlight of the episode. I just wish I'd know what he said. Eddie's great & passionate performances light up the show, and it really never gets boring with him. Flack totally cracked me up when he was talking about the Irish temper, and that he'd have his under control. I so loved his sarcastic line and facial expression. Enjoy the HD screen caps, girls ;).

Screen Caps - Sex and the City

Alright ladies, take a deep breath. I finally made screen caps of Eddie in the TV show "Sex and the City" with lovely Sarah Jessica Parker. For those of you who haven't seen it yet, Eddie plays a young bisexual named Sean who is Carrie's fling for one whole episode. It's very hard not to envy Sarah Jessica Parker when she gets to make out with our adorable Eddie. There are some very hot scenes between those two sweethearts, yet you also notice Eddie's enormous potential as an actor. He shows off his ice skating skills, and plays his role as the unselfconscious open guy just so authentic and convincing without even trying hard. His charm and wit come naturally which makes this episode very enjoyable to watch.

The screen caps are very small, because I wanted to have a clear image rather than large but blurry. I hope you still enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them :).
